I'm Bianca Work, a principal quantitative researcher and founder of Alvio. I build insight infrastructure that turns messy product signals into explainable, defensible decisions.
I started at Indeed with ASK’EM, an in-product, journey-specific CSAT platform that replaced NPS with contextual signals. That work evolved into AAIM UP with U3, the measurement, interpretation, and goal-setting system that powers Alvio.
I help complex organizations measure what matters across the end-to-end product lifecycle, what customers experience, how products perform, and why signals change over time.
I diagnose the drivers behind movement, connect insights to decisions, and give teams the clarity and confidence to act with measurable impact.
Teams are often blocked by scattered signals, misaligned metrics, and competing definitions of success. I created Alvio to replace friction with clarity.
Minimum variable input and maximum explainability so decisions are visible, comparable, and attributable. Faster progress with shared purpose so organizations can discover, decide, and grow with intent.

Data-driven decisions at Indeed
Bianca spearheaded and operationalized ASK’EM, a best in class metrics program that unified contextual CSAT with usability and performance signals. Teams used it to set organizational OKRs and prioritize product roadmaps across the end-to-end product ecosystem.
