Recommendations

What it's like working with me.

I used an open source LLM to thematically classify 34 recommendations from current and former colleagues and students. I wanted to understand patterns in how they describe our working relationship. This dashboard is a look into my process: raw input, structured into meaningful constructs, sized through data, and translated into meaningful insight.

Bianca balances rigor, relevance, and resonance to adapt her approach and scale her impact to the room she's in.
"The Enterprise activation work was incredible. It genuinely lit me up as a space I want to lean into A LOT.

It surfaced insights and pointed to clear next steps and opportunities."
